LemonFit Terms of Service

The Service provides the following features, whose details may change as the Service evolves:

• AI diet analysis — estimating calories and nutrients from food photos or text and logging them
• Workout tracking — GPS running, strength training, and heart-rate measurement via wearables such as Apple Watch
• Community — sharing diet and workout records, and friend features
• Gym linking — verifying partner-gym (e.g., OneMove) memberships, reservations, and institutional subscription benefits

You need an account (email or Apple/Google sign-in) to use the Service. You must keep your account information accurate and are responsible for safeguarding your account. The Service is not available to children under 14.

Premium features such as AI diet analysis are offered as paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are processed by the store the app was installed from (App Store or Google Play), and that store's billing and refund policies apply.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your store account settings.
• You will not be charged if you cancel during a free trial.
• Benefits included with a partner-gym membership follow the terms of that institution's contract and may end when the membership ends.

• Do not impersonate others or misuse anyone else's account or personal information.
• Do not post illegal, obscene, hateful, or promotional content in the community.
• Do not interfere with the normal operation of the Service (unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, exploiting vulnerabilities, etc.).
• Comply with applicable laws and these terms.

You retain the rights to content you post on the Service (photos, records, posts). You grant the Service permission to use that content as needed to operate the Service (storage, display, community sharing). The Service itself — software, design, and trademarks — belongs to the Service operator.

Content that violates these terms or applicable law may be removed or restricted without prior notice.

The Service may change or discontinue all or part of its features for maintenance, improvements, or technical reasons. Changes that materially affect paid subscriptions will be announced in advance.

You may terminate at any time via Settings > Delete Account in the app; your account and records are then deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Service may restrict or terminate your use if you materially violate these terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service makes no warranties regarding free features or reference estimates (Section 4), and is not liable for damages caused by your own fault or by force majeure such as natural disasters or network failures. Liability that cannot be excluded by law remains governed by that law.

If these terms change, we will announce the revisions and their effective date on this page, and material changes will also be announced in the app before taking effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
